Our Policies

No Call/No Show

A “No Call / No Show” aka when a client doesn’t show up to their appointment without contacting us in advance via phone, text, or email, and without canceling through the booking system, results in a significant loss of time that could have been offered to another client. Due to the impact on our schedule, clients who no-show without communication will be restricted from booking future appointments indefinitely.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all Full Set and Lash Lift & Tint appointments. Your deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

cancellation policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Deposits remain non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Full Set appointments require significant appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the remaining service balance.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Appointments may be rescheduled (once) with at least 24 hour notice. Additional reschedules will require a new non-refundable deposit.

Same day reschedules are considered late changes and are treated the same as same-day cancellations, as the reserved appointment time cannot be rebooked on short notice.

Excessive rescheduling may result in future booking restrictions.

Fills

To maintain the best retention and fullness, we recommend scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks.

A 4-week fill is available for occasional scheduling conflicts but is not recommended as your regular maintenance schedule. Appointments booked more than 4 weeks after your previous fill will be considered a full set.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any service that has been completed or on retail products. Additionally, deposits are non-refundable.

Are eyelash extensions right for you?

We genuinely care about you and your lash health, please read below before booking to ensure that lash enhancements will be the right solution for you.

If one or more of the following applies to you, you may not be a good candidate for eyelash extensions:

  1. If you rub, pull, or pick at your eyelashes due to habit. Also, if you have constant watery/itchy eyes due to allergies, as it will interfere with the longevity of lash extensions.

  2. If you wear heavy makeup frequently. For example, frequent use of eyeliner, mascara, eyelid primers, eye shadows and concealers. Lash extensions do require oil-free products and you will need to purchase proper aftercare. Improper lash cleansing will result in your lashes not lasting as long as they should. If makeup builds up on the root of the lashes it can potentially lead to eye infections/irritation, poor lash growth, and lash mites.

  3. If you're unable to properly follow required aftercare instructions and maintain your fills as recommended.

  4. If you have severely damaged/spare natural lashes. Extensions are applied directly on 1 natural lash, so without lashes to apply to, extensions are not an option. To help with damaged/sparse lashes, it’s best to go on lash rehab, using a growth serum. While avoiding lash strips and lash lifts during your lash rehab.

  5. If you’re unable to relax and lay comfortably on your back for the full duration of your service.

  6. If you have very sensitive skin that typically reacts to skincare or other lash enchantments.
