grace period
We get it, sometimes we run behind, life happens right! We give you 15 minutes from the time scheduled for you to arrive to your appointment. Anything past 15 minutes will require you to reschedule your appointment. If you expect to run late, please notify us immediately.
Fills
To maintain the shape and fullness of your lashes, fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks from your last service date. While we do offer a 4-week option, we encourage planning for fills within the 2-3 week timeframe to allow for any unforeseen circumstances that may require rescheduling. The 4-week window remains available for your convenience.
Please note that any appointment scheduled more than 4 weeks after your last fill will be considered a new Full Set, as this is the standard practice in the industry.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services. All sales are final.
Are eyelash extensions right for you?
We genuinely care about you and your lash health, please read below before booking to ensure that lash enhancements will be the right solution for you.
If one or more of the following applies to you, you may not be a good candidate for eyelash extensions:
If you rub, pull, or pick at your eyelashes due to habit. Also, if you have constant watery/itchy eyes due to allergies, as it will interfere with the longevity of lash extensions.
If you wear heavy makeup frequently. For example, frequent use of eyeliner, mascara, eyelid primers, eye shadows and concealers. Lash extensions do require oil-free products and you will need to purchase proper aftercare. Improper lash cleansing will result in your lashes not lasting as long as they should. If makeup builds up on the root of the lashes it can potentially lead to eye infections/irritation, poor lash growth, and lash mites.
If you're unable to properly follow required aftercare instructions and maintain your fills as recommended.
If you have severely damaged/spare natural lashes. Extensions are applied directly on 1 natural lash, so without lashes to apply to, extensions are not an option. To help with damaged/sparse lashes, it’s best to go on lash rehab, using a growth serum. While avoiding lash strips and lash lifts during your lash rehab.
If you’re unable to relax and lay comfortably on your back for the full duration of your service.
If you have very sensitive skin that typically reacts to skincare or other lash enchantments.
