No Call/No Show
A “No Call / No Show” aka when a client doesn’t show up to their appointment without contacting us in advance via phone, text, or email, and without canceling through the booking system, results in a significant loss of time that could have been offered to another client. Due to the impact on our schedule, clients who no-show without communication will be restricted from booking future appointments indefinitely.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for lash lift & tint appointments. Your deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
cancellation policy
Appointments with a Deposit: If your appointment required a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel for any reason, at any time, including same-day cancellations or same-day rescheduling. No additional cancellation fee will be charged. Simply, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required when booking another appointment.
Appointments without a Deposit: Appointments that do not require a deposit (such as fills) canceled with less than 24 hours notice, including same-day cancellations or same-day rescheduling, will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. This balance must be paid before booking another appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled (once) with at least 24 hour notice, and your original deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is considered a same-day cancellation. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Excessive rescheduling may result in future booking restrictions.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any service that has been completed or on retail products. Additionally, deposits are non-refundable.
Is a Korean lash lift right for you?
We genuinely care about you and your lash health, this service involves professional lifting solutions, tint products, and taping around the eyes. Certain skin conditions, recent treatments and natural lash characteristics may affect your eligibility. Please read below before booking to ensure that this lash enhancement will be the right solution for you.
If one or more of the following applies to you, you may not be a good candidate for a Korean Lash Lift:
Damaged or Compromised Natural Lashes: If your naturals are severely damaged, brittle, or compromised from previous lash lifts, extensions, lash clusters or frequent picking, I recommend waiting until their condition improves before proceeding. If your unsure please text a photo before booking, Id rather assess your lashes than have you pay a deposit and arrive for an appointment that may need to be postponed.
Active Eye Conditions or Irritated Skin: If you have an eye infection, a stye along the lash line, eye irritation, inflammation around the eyes, a facial sunburn or skin that is raw or peeling, these conditions may make the service unsafe.
Recent Brow Treatments, Cosmetic Procedures, or Facials: Korean lash lifting involves strategic taping around the eyelids, freshly treated skin and/or brow treatments may not tolerate tape placement or removal comfortably.
Retinoids, Accutane, and Increased Skin Sensitivity: Please disclose the use of retinoids or products that increase skin sensitivity, or isotretinoin (Accutane) These medications and products can contribute to dryness, irritation or increased skin fragility. Because tape and under-eye pads are used during the service, compromised skin may be more vulnerable to irritation during application and removal. Depending on your skins condition your appointment may need to be postponed.
Product Allergies or Previous Adverse Reactions: Any allergies or sensitivities to lash lift solution, lash tint, adhesives, tape, under eye-pads or other products must be disclosed. If significant burning, pain or unusual irritation occurs during your appointment, the service will be stopped.
Natural Lash Pattern: Not every lash pattern is suited for Korean lash lifting. Extremely curly lashes that curl backwards toward the eyelid can be more challenging to chemically treat, reposition and reshape. Depending on their length, and condition, results may be less predictable.
